Like every journeying star, I have journeyed 1/3 of the globe to be in the Netherlands. Coming from an Asian background, it surely didn't feel comfortable at the beginning. Still, the sense of settlement came after a stretch of years, with ups and downs. And here I am - going forward in this journey where life is leading me to.
A good thing of being cross-cultural is the opportunity of seeing things from different perspectives, and then choose which philosophies to stick with.
